The assumption of the project was to replace the control of a paper cutting machine using the rotating knife technique. The difficulty of this undertaking was the very precise synchronization of the rotating knife with the moving paper

 

The system was implemented on the Simotion C240 system with a 2 ms cycle time

 

WITHOUT STOPPING PRODUCTION

 

The replacement operation lasted 5 months, the work was carried out only on weekends and the machine remained at the customer's disposal all the time during the week.
