CE CERTIFICATE

The CE marking / marking (Conformité Européenne) placed on the product is the manufacturer's declaration. The marked product meets the requirements of the so-called The "New Approach" of the European Union (EU).
 
These directives concern issues related to the safety of use, health protection and environmental protection, define the hazards that the manufacturer should detect and eliminate. By marking his product with the CE mark, the manufacturer declares that the product meets the requirements of all relevant directives.
 
Machines must meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/WE.
We are TÜV NORD certified machine safety engineers.

2. RISK ASSESSMENT

According to the international standard ISO 12100.
 
It consists of assessing all hazards related to the machine and proposing solutions reducing these risks.
 
We prepare relevant documentation and present it to the client so that he can see our assessment.

3. IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY DEVICES ON THE MACHINE

 
After the client accepts our report and risk assessment, we proceed to the installation of security measures on a certified machine. This is a key process because it directly affects the safety of the people who will operate it.
 
We perform this stage with the utmost care.

4. CORRECTION AND COMPLETION OF THE MACHINE DOCUMENTATION

At this step, we correct the documentation of the machine and supplement it with the changes which have made so far. So that in the future they will not be a problem for people who operate or service the equipment.

5. ISSUE OF CE CERTIFICATE ACCORDING TO THE MACHINERY DIRECTIVE

This is the last stage of machine certification. We provide the client with a security certificate and all necessary documents. At this stage, our work ends.
