Our highly experienced engineers support the client throughout the whole project, which is divided into five stages.

STEP 1: CONCEPT

This is one of the most crucial steps in machine design. It is time when we discuss all the issues related to a given project, including

what the machine is to be used for
machine structure
electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installations
risk assessment

STEP 2: DESIGN

It is time the first sketches of the machine are made, and the initial technical documentation is sent to the customer. After the client is familiar with the project, we discuss it and put corrections on it.

STEP 3: PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY AND PROGRAMMING

After accepting the design, we go to the production. The assembly process involves designers and technicians responsible for assembling the machine. We put special emphasis on the accuracy and quality of our products. During assembly, we simultaneously program and test individual components of the machine, thanks to which commissioning at the customer's site takes less time.

STEP 4: START UP

We transport the machine to the customer, set it up, take electrical measurements and start it. During commissioning, we train operators and maintenance services, and provide technical documentation.

STEP 5: MODIFICATIONS AND SERVICE

Our customers can count on us both during the warranty period and after the end of it. Our experience in the repair and modernisation of machines significantly reduces the likelihood of unplanned downtime.
