Replacement of the press control (a machine that punches out the stator and rotor for electric motors).

Scope of work

Use of Siemens CPU 1511 driver software

Creating visualization on the Siemens KTP900 Basic panel

Replacement of all contactors, power supplies, protections, sensors, servos and encoders

Creation of full electrical documentation

Application of control based on a virtual cam between the rotary table and the eccentric press

Obtaining high accuracy of knockouts of +/- 0.15 mm
