This was our biggest challenge so far. We undertook the launch of an entire factory that was relocated from Italy to Poland for a leading manufacturer of semi-trailers.
Examples of lines we ran
KTL line for Cataphoresis - 12 bathtubs with chemicals, about 80 pumps, 8 trolleys that ran under the hall ceiling and transported trailer frames to individual bathtubs
Furnace line - a line for heating and then cooling painted frames, several conveyors, heating and cooling system, etc.
Painting lines - Robotic lines for painting frames by spraying
Scope of work
We had to launch over 20 control systems, often interconnected via Ethernet or Profibus.
The entire system was in about 100 control cabinets
An additional difficulty was the modifications resulting from changes in the functionality of the machines, different arrangement of the machines, etc.
