Adapting the machines to occupational health and safety requirements was based on an audit of production lines. Creating a report and then, based on this document, modernizing machines for safety.

Scope of work

Conducting an audit and creating a report
Modernization of the line for safety:
- replacement of safety relays
- two-channel emergency stop switches
- installation of electric locks on doors
- installation of light curtains
Reprogramming Omron G9SP safety controller
Update of electrical diagrams
